Brand Magic analysed Blissfully Young’s existing brand and marketing collateral taking into account both their current and future requirements. The review showed that their branding was dated and lacked an overall strong brand identity. It also highlighted the lack of effectiveness of the sales tools.
Brand Magic recommended creating a more distinctive brand that better defined their positioning as a quality, professional salon they would appeal to a broader demographic. They also advised that they develop an effective set of sales tools that would facilitate cross selling and referrals.
